About the project

I need a short, investor-facing 3D video that clearly demonstrates how my solar-plus-grid setup works. The sequence should: • Open with the rooftop solar panels already installed, then pull back to reveal their connection to the main grid infrastructure. • Visually explain the smart switch mechanism in action—the moment daylight drops, the system must transition seamlessly to grid power with zero blackout. • Close with a polished overview of the finished installation so investors can picture the final product on site. Realistic rendering is essential; textures, lighting, and environmental details should feel true-to-life rather than cartoon or minimalistic. I’ve attached a reference image of the building and panel layout to guide modelling accuracy. Deliverable: one high-resolution video file (HD or better) ready for presentation, plus the editable project source in whichever 3D tool you prefer (Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar). If you can add subtle on-screen text callouts for the solar panels, grid system, and switch mechanism, that will help clarify the flow without interrupting the visuals. Let me know your estimated runtime for the piece and the typical turnaround you’ll need for modelling, animation, and a single round of revisions.
