About the project
Purpose: “1U/2U rack-mount chassis for security gateway, industrial grade, front panel with LEDs, RJ45, SFP cages, and branding.” Inputs you provide: PCB outline, connector positions, 3D step files for key components, target manufacturing process (sheet metal vs extrusion). Deliverables: 3D CAD (STEP) 2D fabrication drawings (DXF/DWG, bend lines, hole sizes) Exploded view + assembly notes Front panel artwork (vector logo, marking) Constraints: thermal, EMC, ingress protection level, target fab location (India).
