# 3D CAD Designer Needed for LEGO-Compatible Models with Electronics Integration We are looking for an experienced **3D CAD designer** to design innovative **LEGO-compatible models** that can integrate electronic or electrical components. ## Project Requirements * Create high-quality 3D models compatible with LEGO dimensions and building standards. * Design parts that can accommodate electronic or electrical components such as: * Arduino * ESP32 * Raspberry Pi Pico * DC motors * Servo motors * Sensors * LEDs * Batteries and battery holders * Switches and connectors * Ensure all parts are optimized for **3D printing** (FDM printing preferred). * Produce clean, parametric CAD models (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Onshape preferred). * Design parts that are strong, easy to assemble, and reusable. ## Deliverables * Native CAD files. * STEP (.step) files. * STL files ready for 3D printing. * Assembly files and exploded views (if applicable). * Basic documentation with dimensions and assembly instructions. ## Ideal Candidate * Strong experience in mechanical CAD design. * Experience designing **LEGO-compatible** parts or modular construction systems. * Knowledge of electronics integration into mechanical assemblies. * Experience with 3D printing design guidelines. * Attention to detail and good communication skills. ## Long-Term Opportunity This is the first project of an ongoing collaboration.
