C-Frame Nebulizer Motor Design
INR 10000–25000
About the project
I am developing a medical-grade nebulizer that relies on a self-start C-Frame motor and I need a complete design package for both the stator and rotor. The unit will be powered from 230 VAC, 50 Hz and must draw under 70 W while sustaining 8-16 psi (with the safety margin of up to 30-50 psi) and an airflow of 4.5–9 L / min. What I need from you • Electromagnetic and mechanical design of the stator and rotor, including lamination stack details, slot geometry, winding scheme, and material selections. • Performance predictions (speed-torque curve, efficiency, temperature rise) that demonstrate reliable self-starting and smooth operation within the stated pressure and flow range. • 2D manufacturing drawings plus 3D CAD (STEP or SolidWorks) of all motor components so a toolmaker can proceed directly to stamping and assembly. • Simulation files or reports generated in Ansys Maxwell, Motor-CAD, or an equivalent FEA package to back up the calculations. • Recommendations on bearings, insulation class, and cooling strategy suitable for continuous operation in a medical setting. Acceptance criteria The design must (1) self-start on 230 VAC, 50 Hz, (2) stay below 70 W input while delivering at least 4.5 L / min at 16 psi, and (3) meet IEC/UL medical device noise and thermal limits for patient-side equipment. If you have a track record in shaded-pole or universal C-Frame motors for respiratory devices, I would love to review a concise portfolio sample when you respond.
