About the project

I have already sketched both the floor plan and the elevations for a compact, modern-style office. What I now need is a skilled architect who can translate those hand drawings into polished, professional documentation and a few realistic visuals. Scope • Turn my sketches into precise architectural floor plans and matching elevations. • Add any basic construction notes a contractor would reasonably expect. • Produce two to four photorealistic 3D renders that clearly convey the modern look I’m after. • Tweak the drawings and renders until they align with my feedback. I haven’t locked in any particular materials or finishes, so feel free to suggest what you think best supports a clean, contemporary aesthetic. What to include in your proposal • At least one example of a similar small-scale office or commercial drafting job you’ve completed. • Your estimated turnaround time from project start to final delivery. • A single fixed-price figure covering the full scope above, including revisions.
