I am looking for an experienced Interior Designer / Architect to create renders for a cafe renovation. The cafe is located in a bustling tech park, and I want to completely refresh the vibe to appeal to young, working professionals. The Vibe: The aesthetic should be modern, sleek, and energetic. It needs to feel like a great spot for quick casual meetings, grabbing a coffee on the go, or sitting with a laptop (clean lines, smart lighting, and a productive yet welcoming atmosphere) About The Space: Size: 1,000 sq. ft. Shape: Rectangular layout (Length is greater than width). Note: I will provide a basic floor plan and photos of the current space to the hired freelancer. Design Constraints: - Keep the Flooring Same: The current flooring must stay exactly as it is to save costs. Your design must complement the existing floor. (I will provide photos). - I am looking for a cost-effective renovation. The design should rely on clever wall treatments, lighting, paint, and smart furniture choices rather than heavy civil or structural changes. - Highly Scalable: I plan to open more branches soon. The design elements (counter style, wall treatments, furniture types) should be modular and easy to replicate in future locations. Scope of Work / What Needs to be Designed: I need complete 3D renders of the interior, specifically highlighting: - The ordering counter and display area. - Menu board placement and design. - Wall treatments (paint, budget-friendly cladding, or art). - Seating arrangements (tables, chairs, and potentially some high-seating/bar stools for solo workers). - Lighting fixtures. Deliverables: - 3-4 high-quality 3D renders showing different angles of the cafe. - A mood board of suggested materials/colors used in the render.
