About the project

I’m ready to move ahead with a full set of drawings and visualisations for my G + 2 home on a 23 × 42 ft plot. The overall look should stay true to a Traditional style, but every line must respect vastu—especially the main entrance direction, the kitchen’s placement, and how the living room is oriented. Here’s what I need from you: • A vastu-compliant floor plan for ground, first, and second floors • Detailed structural drawings suitable for execution on-site • Coordinated electrical and plumbing layouts • Front and side elevations that match the Traditional aesthetic • Photorealistic 3D renders of the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom • Source files (AutoCAD/Revit) plus export PDFs/JPEGs for easy review I’ll review against three criteria: adherence to the stated vastu points, clarity/constructability of the technical drawings, and quality of the 3D visuals. If you can work iteratively—sharing drafts for each stage—I can give feedback quickly so we stay on schedule.
