About the project

We're Layerline — a global e-commerce company in the 3D printing niche (layerline.io). We're looking for a part-time Growth & Community Marketer to drive real traffic from online communities to our store. Approximately 8 hours per week, ongoing and fully remote. What you'll do: - Post and engage in relevant Facebook groups (buy/sell, deals and niche communities) for a Western audience (US, UK, EU, AU and CA) - Drive traffic to our store through valuable, non-spammy posts, offers and links - Write short marketing copy in a natural Western tone - Respond to comments and direct messages and build a genuine community presence - Report which products, groups and marketing angles are working Room to grow: You'll start with Facebook groups and social communities. As you prove yourself, there's room to grow into broader growth marketing, including new channels, campaigns, experiments and strategy. This is our first dedicated human marketing role. Requirements: - Excellent written English with a natural Western tone - Hands-on experience posting or selling in Facebook groups or online communities - Understands how to add value without being flagged as spam - Reliable, self-managing, proactive and a good async communicator Nice to have: - E-commerce, dropshipping or marketplace experience - Basic paid advertising or broader social media experience Budget: $100/month for approximately 8 hours per week, with room to grow based on performance and results.
