Industrial Drone Mapping Specialist Needed
INR 1500–12500
About the project
I need a licensed micro-category drone pilot to survey and map an industrial site. The job covers everything from flight planning through to the delivery of a clean, georeferenced map that my engineering team can plug straight into their CAD and GIS workflows. Here’s what I’m after: • A safe, compliant flight carried out with your own drone and up-to-date micro-category license. • High-resolution imagery collected across the entire facility—buildings, storage yards, access roads, the lot. • Post-processing in software you trust (Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Agisoft Metashape, or similar) to turn the imagery into an accurate, stitch-free map. • Delivery of the final files (GeoTIFF or comparable), plus the original photos, within five days of the flight. • Give guidance to our employee regarding the same Accuracy is important. I’m aiming for a ground-sample distance around 3 cm/pixel and horizontal accuracy within 10 cm, verified with ground-control points. If you’re confident you can also extract an orthomosaic or 3D surface model, let me know—happy to choose the format that best suits the site analysis. The site is fully accessible during daylight hours, and I can brief you on any local restrictions, hazards, or power-down windows before you arrive. Once I approve the flight plan, you’re clear to capture and process the data. If this sounds like your kind of project, tell me about your recent industrial mapping work and the tools you’ll bring to the table.
