I’m advancing an existing product concept into a fully detailed prototype and need clear, professional material specifications to guide the next build phase. Here’s what I’m after: • A detailed product design prototype that captures the form, fit, and function of the concept. • A concise bill-of-materials outlining recommended materials, grades, finishes, and any sourcing notes. • Explanations for each material choice—why it suits the design goals, durability, manufacturability, and cost considerations. The core focus is the material specification, but if you also have the capability to add 3D modeling or functional schematics, let me know; I’m open to folding those extras into the workflow for a smoother hand-off to manufacturing. Please share relevant samples of previous prototypes or specification sheets you’ve created, plus a short note on your preferred design tools.
