# Professional C4I and AI Explainer Video We are looking for an experienced motion designer, 3D animator, or production team to create a professional explainer video about **C4I systems and AI integration**. The video should explain: * What C4I is and how it works. * How data is collected from radars, sensors, UAVs, satellites, and field units. * How data is transferred through secure communication networks. * How information is combined into a Common Operational Picture. * The main challenges of the current system, such as multiple screens, information overload, manual analysis, excessive alerts, and slow decision-making. * How artificial intelligence can improve data fusion, object detection, anomaly detection, alert prioritization, prediction, risk assessment, and decision support. AI must be presented as a support tool. The final decision must remain with the authorized human user. ## Video Requirements * Maximum duration: **5 minutes**. * Main voice-over: **Modern Standard English**. * Short interface text: **English**. * Visual style: **3D Isometric Motion Graphics with professional UI animation**. * Final format: **16:9**. * Final quality: **4K and 1080p**. * All maps, names, coordinates, dashboards, and data must be fictional. * No real military interfaces, classified information, combat scenes, weapon use, or targeting instructions. ## Preferred Skills * 3D Motion Graphics. * Isometric Animation. * Technical Explainer Videos. * UI and Dashboard Design. * Data and Network Flow Animation. * Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, After Effects, Figma, or Illustrator. ## Main Deliverables * Final video in 4K and 1080p. * English voice-over. * English translation and SRT subtitles. * Storyboard and style frames. * Animatic and rough cut. * Separate voice-over, music, and sound-effect files. * All editable source files. * All visual and audio assets must be commercially licensed. ## Project Timeline The expected production period is approximately **4 to 6 weeks**. ## What to Include in Your Proposal Please provide: 1.
