Cartoon Yoruba Rhymes Animation

About the project

I’m producing a small series of children’s videos in Yoruba and would like four short 3D animations, each running between one and two minutes. The style should feel warm, playful and unmistakably cartoonish—bright colours, soft edges and expressive motion that will hold a toddler’s attention while still reflecting Yoruba culture. You will receive the finished audio tracks for all four nursery rhymes along with a few visual references and story ideas. From there I’m counting on you to design and model brand-new characters that match each song’s lyrics. No existing concept art is available, so please include character-creation time in your schedule. Traditional clothing, patterns or backdrops can appear where they naturally fit, but the priority is lively custom characters and clear storytelling that syncs perfectly with the music. I’m happy for you to work in Blender, Maya or another commercial-grade 3D package, as long as the final renders arrive in full-HD (1920×1080) MP4 and the source project files are provided. Deliverables • Four individual videos, 1–2 minutes each, fully rendered in 1080p • Original 3D character models, textures and rigs • Project/source files and licenses for any third-party assets • One short preview clip or still frame for approval before final render on every rhyme Acceptance criteria: each animation must stay on beat with the supplied song, feature only family-friendly visuals and present Yoruba lyrics or cultural cues clearly enough for preschoolers to recognise.
