About the project
The Oceania Gymnastics Union (OGU) is seeking a graphic designer to create three simple, modern event identifiers for upcoming virtual gymnastics events. These are not standalone logos or new brands. They are supporting event marks that sit within the existing Oceania Gymnastics Union brand architecture. The successful designer will work within our existing Brand Guidelines to create a cohesive family of event identifiers that can be used consistently across digital communications. Our Brand Guidelines will be provided as part of the project. Event Marks Required Design three event identifiers: Aerobic Gymnastics Virtual Event Parkour Virtual Event Gymnastics for All Virtual Event Rhythmic Gymnastics Virtual Event Acrobatch Gymnastics Virtual Event We are looking for something that is: Modern Clean Minimal Professional Easily recognisable Timeless The designs should feel like part of one family. The preferred direction is: Simple line-art or continuous-line icons Consistent stroke weight Minimal detail Strong sense of movement Simple typography No gradients No shadows No complex illustrations Brand Requirements The designs must align with our existing Brand Guidelines, including: Use of OGU brand colours Use of Myriad (or Calibri where appropriate) Consistency with existing program branding Respect for the OGU Master Brand These event marks should support the existing OGU logo rather than compete with it. Usage The designs will primarily be used across: Social media graphics Website Digital event collateral Certificates Presentations Newsletters Promotional material They must work at both large and small sizes. Deliverables Please provide: Three final event identifiers Colour version White version Black version Transparent PNG AI (Adobe Illustrator source files) Please avoid: Busy illustrations 3D effects Clip art Generic sporting silhouettes Circular badges or enclosed emblems Cartoon styling We are looking for elegant, minimal design.
