Job Title 3D Animated Video of Rainwater Treatment & Recharge System (Based on Sectional Engineering Drawing) — AMRUTAM SANRAKSHAN --- Project Overview We have an existing **2D sectional/plan engineering drawing** (AutoCAD-style, drawing no. PC-00396-9512-C040, client: Amrutam Sanrakshan, Mohali, Punjab) of a **rainwater collection, filtration, and groundwater recharge system**. We need a freelancer/studio to: 1. **Convert the 2D sectional drawing into an accurate 3D model** of the full system, and 2. **Produce an animated explainer video** showing how rainwater flows through each chamber, gets filtered, and is recharged into the ground. The reference drawing (PDF) will be shared directly with the selected freelancer — it contains exact dimensions, chamber sequence, and materials, so the 3D model and animation must match it precisely (not a generic/stock recharge system). --- What the System Actually Is (from the drawing — freelancer should study this closely) A rainwater treatment train consisting of these chambers **in sequence**, connected by underground pipes: 1. Screening Chamber** — first inlet chamber with a **V-wire screen** to catch debris; 10'-0" x 10'-0" chamber. 2. Desilting Chamber (x2)** — RCC ring chambers, 5'-0" dia, silt trap at base, silt pockets, PCC 75mm thick base, connected by 1500mm/1650mm pipes. 3. Bio Retention Cell** — a planted "pond zone" bed (shown with green plant symbols) with layered filter media below: screen-washed sand, 40mm gravel, 20mm aggregate, activated carbon, 40mm gravel bed with half-perforated PVC pipe underdrain — approx. 16'-6" wide, 20'-0" deep. 4. Bio Char Retention Cell-1 and Cell-2** — two sequential circular chambers (5'-0" dia RCC rings) with the same layered filter media (sand/gravel/aggregate/activated carbon), 20'-0" deep each. 5. Screen Stabilizer Chamber** — final chamber before discharge/recharge, includes an "AMRUTAM CHLORI"** dosing/chlorination unit shown schematically. 6. Water flows left to right through the plan view, and top to bottom (surface to filter bed) through the sectional view — this dual view (plan + section, marked A–A') needs to be combined into one coherent 3D flow-through animation. Key general notes from the drawing that must be reflected/mentioned in the video:** - Only rainwater/rain drainage is permitted into the system — no other effluent. - No foreign material should enter except rainwater. - Filter media must be cleaned periodically. - All dimensions are in mm & feet; system is sized for average rainfall over the area. --- What the 3D Model & Animation Needs to Show 1. Full 3D reconstruction** of all chambers listed above, true to the dimensions and layer order in the drawing (sand/gravel/aggregate/activated carbon layering must be visually distinct and correctly stacked). 2.Cutaway/sectional 3D view** — ground shown cut away so the camera can travel through the buried structure, similar to the drawing's Section A–A'. 3. Animated water flow** moving through the full sequence: entry → screening chamber → desilting chambers → bio retention cell (through the planted layer and filter media) → bio char retention cell-1 → bio char retention cell-2 → screen stabilizer chamber → chlorination → final recharge/outlet. 4. Filtration visualization** — water visibly passing through each media layer (sand, gravel, activated carbon) so the filtration function is clear, not just a pipe animation. 5. Component labels/callouts** for each chamber name (matching the drawing's labels exactly: Screening Chamber, Desilting Chamber, Bio Retention Cell, Bio Char Retention Cell-1, Bio Char Retention Cell-2, Screen Stabilizer Chamber). 6.Plan-view + sectional-view integration** — the video should make clear how the horizontal layout (plan) and the vertical/depth structure (section) relate to each other, since the source drawing shows both separately. 7. Branding** — Amrutam Sanrakshan logo/name and project title as an intro/end card. --- Deliverables - 3D model of the complete system (source file in **3ds Max**, .max format) - Final animated video: **90 seconds** - Format: **MP4, H.264, 1920×1080 (Full HD)** minimum; vertical/9:16 cut if needed for app/social use - Rendered/editable sectional 3D stills (2–3 key-angle renders) for use in presentations, separate from the video - Version with space for voiceover + separate version with background music/SFX only - 2–3 rounds of revisions included --- Technical & Style Requirements - Accuracy first:** the 3D model must follow the drawing's actual chamber order, dimensions, and layer sequence — this is a real engineering system, not a stylized concept. - Style:** Clean technical/infrastructure visualization look (like civil/environmental engineering explainer videos), not cartoonish. - Camera movement:** Smooth travel through the system following the actual water flow path — screening → desilting → bio retention → bio char cells → stabilizer chamber. - Water/flow effects:** Clear directional flow with visible change as water passes through each filter layer (e.g., subtle color/clarity change from inlet to outlet, showing "cleaning" happening). - Cross-section reveal:** Ground/soil shown as a cutaway material so underground structure is visible, matching Section A-A' in the drawing. - Text/labels:** Clean sans-serif callouts using the exact chamber names from the drawing. - Audio:** Background music + light water-flow SFX; voiceover recording not required unless freelancer offers it. --- Reference Material We Will Provide - The full sectional + plan engineering drawing (PDF, drawing no.
