AutoCAD Design for Glycerine Manufacturing Plant

### **Project Description:** We are looking for an experienced **AutoCAD/Civil CAD Designer** to develop a **complete, professional, and industry-standard plant layout** for a **Glycerine Manufacturing Plant** on a **2-acre industrial plot**. The project involves converting conceptual process drawings into detailed digital engineering drawings and creating the entire plant layout from scratch. The selected designer should have prior experience in **industrial plant design**, preferably in the **chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or process industry**. ### **Scope of Work** The designer will be responsible for preparing: * Complete **Master Site Plan** for a 2-acre industrial facility. * Detailed **Civil Layout** with dimensions, roads, drainage, parking, and landscaping. * **Plant Building Layout** with all production and utility areas. * Process-wise equipment placement based on the manufacturing workflow. * Raw material storage, finished goods warehouse, and dispatch area. * Utility section including: * Boiler House * Cooling Tower * Chilling Plant * Air Compressor Room * DG Set Area * Water Treatment Plant (WTP) * Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) * Fire Water Tank & Pump House * Administrative block including offices, meeting room, laboratory, QC/QA, cafeteria, changing rooms, and washrooms. * Internal road network with truck movement planning. * Fire exits, emergency access routes, and safety clearances. * Pipe rack corridors and utility routing. * Future expansion area within the site. * Elevation references and all necessary dimensions. ### **Deliverables** * Editable **AutoCAD (.DWG)** files. * PDF drawings for review. * Layer-wise organized drawings following AutoCAD standards. * Fully dimensioned layouts. * High-quality professional drawings suitable for engineering presentations and project documentation. ### **Project Requirements** * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D** (3D knowledge is an advantage). * Experience in industrial plant or process plant layouts. * Knowledge of civil and factory planning. * Understanding of process flow and equipment spacing. * Ability to work from rough sketches, process flow diagrams, and technical inputs. * Willingness to make revisions based on feedback. ### **Preferred Experience** Experience in designing layouts for: * Chemical Plants * Glycerine Manufacturing Plants * Edible Oil Refineries * Soap & Detergent Plants * Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities * FMCG Manufacturing Plants ### **Objective** The objective is to create a **highly detailed, technically accurate, and presentation-quality AutoCAD layout** of a **greenfield glycerine manufacturing plant**, covering both **process plant engineering** and **civil infrastructure planning**, ready for project presentations, feasibility studies, and future engineering development.
