QSR Financial Model & Investor Pitch

About the project

I have a quick-service restaurant concept that is ready to scale, and I need a polished financial model and a concise pitch deck to convince potential investors to come onboard. The model must cover a full profit and loss statement, monthly cash-flow projections, and a clear break-even analysis. I will supply our historical sales figures, cost structure, and operating metrics; please blend these with relevant industry benchmarks and any recent market research you feel will strengthen the assumptions. The model should be built so I can easily adjust variables such as unit growth rate, average ticket size, food and labor costs, and royalty fees. Use linked worksheets and clean formulas so every key driver updates the projections instantly. Visual summaries—charts for revenue growth, EBITDA margin trends, and cumulative cash position—will make the numbers far easier to digest during meetings. Once the numbers are locked, translate the highlights into a succinct investor pitch: problem, solution, market size, competitive edge, financial snapshot, and funding ask. The slide deck has to be visually consistent with our brand palette and ready for both live presentations and email circulation (PowerPoint or Google Slides is fine; please include a PDF export). Deliverables • Excel (or Google Sheets) model with P&L, cash-flow, break-even tabs, clearly labeled inputs and outputs • Sensitivity table showing how changes in same-store sales and food cost affect profitability • 10–12 slide investor deck, fully editable, plus PDF version • Short walkthrough video or call (15–20 minutes) to hand over and answer any final questions I will judge completion on accuracy of calculations, transparency of assumptions, and how convincingly the deck communicates ROI potential. If you have relevant QSR modeling experience or sample work, that will weigh heavily in my selection.
