About the project

I need a 3D modeller who can translate a set of build-ready specifications into a fully finished exhibition booth. The model must be photo-realistic, complete with accurate lighting and the custom materials we will supply (textures, finishes, brand colours, specialty laminates, etc.). The aim is to hand the design straight to our fabricator, so every panel, joint, and fixture has to be placed exactly where the plan says it should be. You will receive: • CAD/PDF drawings with dimensions • A material schedule outlining all custom surfaces • Branding guidelines and reference photos of previous stands Deliverables I expect: 1. Native 3D file (preferably 3ds Max or SketchUp.) 2. High-resolution still renders from three key viewpoints, lit to show the space exactly as a visitor would see it on the trade-show floor 3. A quick turnaround set of low-res previews for approval before final rendering. Acceptance criteria: the final render must match the specification drawings within a tolerance of ±2 mm on critical dimensions, all custom materials must look identical to the reference swatches, and lighting has to show realistic shadows and reflections without visible noise. If you have a portfolio of exhibition-style spaces with real-world materials and lighting, that will help me move fast on awarding this job.
