Project Description: We are seeking a talented 3D Landscape Architect / Urban Planner to create a professional 3D Master Plan, rendered images, and a short video flythrough for a large-scale sustainable agro-forestry project (Paulownia Trees Forest) in Bahrain. Key Requirements & Layout Specifications: Grid & Tree Allocation: Design a structured grid system for Paulownia trees with 4 \times 4 meters spacing, optimized for tractor and harvesting access. Zoning & Infrastructure: Forestry Zones: Organized sectors of Paulownia trees (showing lush green canopy and flowering stage). Industrial/Processing Unit: Animal feed processing plant (Pellet mill/warehouse area) with truck access roads. Beehive Station (Apiculture Area): Dedicated apiary zone on the boundary/edges of the forest. Irrigation Infrastructure: Water reservoir tanks and pumping station for Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE). Software Preference: Twinmotion, Lumion, or Blender for realistic vegetation, wind animation, and lighting. Deliverables: 3D Master Plan (Top-view Layout / Site Plan). 6-8 High-Resolution Rendered Images (Aerial views, Eye-level views, Industrial area, Apiary). 1 Short Cinematic Video Flythrough (30–60 seconds, 1080p/4K).
