About the project

I’m looking for someone who can turn a plain ballroom at the Taj West End, Bangalore, into a modern corporate backdrop for our channel-partner meet. The recce is locked in for tomorrow at 11 AM, so you’ll need to be on-site, on time, and ready to take measurements, photos, and notes that will inform the final 3D model. The concept must feel fresh and modern while remaining unmistakably professional. It should prominently carry our company logo and create smart spots for product displays, yet still keep the sightlines clean so presenters and their slides remain the main focus. Think sleek lines, intelligent lighting cues, and a layout that facilitates smooth presentations without distracting clutter. After the site visit, I’ll need high-quality 3D renders that show: • The complete stage with logo placement and product display zones • Front and angled views that illustrate audience sightlines and projector-screen clearance • Production-ready dimensions and file exports (source file in the software you work with plus hi-res JPEG/PNG) I prefer someone who already works confidently in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or an equivalent industry tool and can turn around first drafts within 24 hours of the recce. If you have event-industry experience and can speak the language of carpenters, AV, and fabrication teams, you’ll fit right in. Confirm that you can meet me tomorrow, deliver the initial renders fast, and iterate quickly—then place your bid.
