About the project
I’m ready to give my living room, kitchen, and bedroom a cohesive, modern makeover. Each space serves me well in size and layout, yet the look and feel are dated and inconsistent. I’d like a fresh design direction that’s contemporary, comfortable, and practical for everyday living. My vision centres on clean lines, balanced lighting, smart storage solutions, and a warm neutral palette punctuated by well-placed accent colours. Durable, easy-to-source finishes and furnishings are essential, as I’ll be purchasing items locally once the design is set. Deliverables I’ll need from you: • Two or three mood boards that capture the overall concept • Scaled floor plans showing furniture placement for all three rooms • Realistic 3D visuals (or clearly annotated sketches) highlighting materials, colours, and lighting • A detailed shopping and specification list—furniture, fixtures, paint codes, fabrics—with links or sourcing notes • Concise installation notes I can pass on to contractors I’ll provide accurate room measurements and any reference photos you may need at kickoff. Revisions are welcome until the design aligns with the agreed-upon concept. If you have a portfolio of modern residential projects—especially ones that cover multiple rooms—please share it. I’m eager to collaborate and start this transformation as soon as I find the right designer.
