Modern-Vintage Home 3D Design

About the project

I have a complete architectural floor plan for our new family home and now need it to spring to life in a set of realistic 3D visuals. The brief is to interpret every space—living room, kitchen, each bedroom, the small home gym, and the toilets—through a modern vintage lens. The mood I am after blends clean contemporary lines with warm retro accents. Furniture choices, the overall colour scheme, and layered lighting are the three pillars that matter most to me, so please give them particular attention. In the living room the design must prioritise relaxation; think cosy seating arrangements, subtle textures, and lighting that can dial down for an evening wind-down yet still feel bright and airy by day. I will supply the CAD files, measurements, and reference images on award. From you I need: • High-resolution, photorealistic renders for each named space • Source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so I can request minor tweaks later • A brief material and furniture specification sheet to guide future purchasing • Optional: a short fly-through animation or 360° panorama if it helps convey spatial flow Please outline your typical turnaround, preferred software, and any past work in a comparable modern-vintage style. I’m happy to collaborate on revisions until the visuals capture the exact atmosphere we want for our new home.
