Dual-House Modern 3D Interiors

About the project

I’m ready to re-imagine two separate houses from the ground up and need a partner who can translate a clean, modern vision into fully detailed, build-ready visuals. For each property I want a holistic interior concept that carries one consistent design language through every room—colour palette, materials, lighting, fixtures, and finishes—while still allowing the two homes to feel distinct. What matters most is accuracy. All furniture, cabinetry, and custom pieces must be modelled to their real-world dimensions so contractors can quote directly from your drawings. To help me make decisions with total confidence, I also need a photorealistic 3D walkthrough (not just still renders). I’d like to be able to move freely through each space, gauge sight-lines, and feel the play of natural and artificial light at different times of day. Deliverables • Mood board & style guide for each house • Scaled floor plans with annotated furniture measurements • High-resolution renders—day & night sets of all key rooms • Interactive, navigable 3D walkthrough files (WebGL or standalone executable) • Source files in the primary modelling application you use (e.g., 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, or Unreal Engine) Acceptance criteria 1. Walkthrough opens on both Windows and macOS without additional licences. 2. All furniture dimensions match the provided supplier cut-sheets to within ±5 mm. 3. Final renders achieve a photorealistic quality comparable to your portfolio samples. Please outline your workflow, typical turnaround per room, and any software you prefer so I know what file formats to expect.
