Real-Time Villa 3D Visualization

About the project

I have a villa design that now needs to be brought to life through highly detailed, photorealistic architectural visualization in SketchUp. Throughout the process I want to sit online with you—screen-sharing or working via an interactive platform—so that I can comment, tweak dimensions, swap materials, and see the results instantly instead of waiting for batch revisions. My expectations are clear: every façade, opening, material transition, and lighting scene should look and feel convincingly real. Think furniture, fixtures, accurate shadows, and refined surface textures rather than a bare massing model. The goal is a model that can be rotated in real time and a series of still renders that capture daylight, dusk, and night moods. Deliverables • Fully textured SketchUp file of the villa, ready for further edits • A minimum of three ultra-high-resolution renders (day, sunset, night) • Fast test drafts shared live while we collaborate, leading to the final polished images I’ll be online at agreed time slots, giving immediate feedback so we stay efficient and creative.
