Design Custom Product Pattern

About the project
I have a new product line in development and need a distinctive, repeatable pattern created specifically for its surface design. The pattern will be applied directly to the product during manufacturing, so it must translate cleanly onto different materials and hold up at both small and large scales. Because I skipped the “type of pattern” question earlier, I’m flexible on the approach—you might build it as a textile-style repeat, a flat graphic motif, or even a light 3D-inspired contour if it suits the concept. What matters most is that the final design feels fresh, brand-aligned, and production-ready. Here’s what I’d like delivered: • A master pattern in vector format (AI or EPS) plus high-resolution PNG. • At least two alternate colourways based on my palette (which I’ll share once we start). • Clear repeat instructions or a seamless tile so my manufacturer can apply it without distortion. I’ll provide mood-board references, dimensions, and any technical guidelines right away. Please let me know how you’d tackle the concept and include a quick note on your preferred tools or previous product-pattern examples. Revisions are welcome until the pattern sits perfectly on the mock-ups.
