Sky Building Signage Structural & 3D
INR 600–1500
About the project
I need a complete design package for a metal rooftop sign that will sit on a mixed-use high-rise. I already have the concept and dimensions of the logo; what I am missing are the professional documents and visuals that will satisfy both my landlord’s engineer and the city permit office. Here is what I expect to receive: • Structural design drawings stamped or ready for stamping, clearly showing member sizes, wind-load calculations and anchoring details that suit a metal sign placed at roof level. • High-quality 3D renders that capture daylight and night lighting so stakeholders can see how the sign looks from key street angles. • Clean isometric views to accompany the drawings, useful for fabrication and presentation. I am fine with whichever tools you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, SketchUp, or similar—as long as the final files are editable and exportable to PDF and DWG. Accuracy is more important than fancy effects; keep the model lightweight enough that my contractor can open it on a standard laptop. Because I am working within a modest budget, efficient workflows and clear milestones matter. Please outline your timeline, the number of design revisions included, and any information you need from me up front so we can keep the process smooth.
