Modern Office Interior Design
INR 1500–12500
About the project
I want to transform an existing office into a calm, modern environment built around private offices. The overall aesthetic should feel current and streamlined yet professional, relying on neutral tones—think warm whites, soft greys, and subtle accents of natural wood or metal—to keep the space sophisticated and adaptable as we grow. The brief covers everything from space planning to final material selection. I’ll share floor dimensions, photos, and current furniture inventories once we start. From there, I need a designer who can translate the layout into an efficient plan, then visualize it through high-quality 3D renders or walkthroughs. Tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max are all welcome if they help you produce accurate drawings and photorealistic imagery. Because staff will spend most of their day in enclosed offices, lighting and acoustics matter: integrate indirect LED solutions, acoustic panels, and smart storage so the rooms stay bright, quiet, and clutter-free. Circulation areas should still feel open and inviting, so glass partitions and slimline furniture are encouraged. Deliverables • Optimized space plan (scaled CAD file & PDF) • 3D visualisations of key areas (4–6 views) • Finishes & furniture schedule with product links or specs • One consolidated revision round after initial presentation I will provide timely feedback, and the project will be considered complete once the drawings are fit for contractors and the visuals capture the approved concept.
