I want my living room, bedroom and kitchen to feel like they belong in the same contemporary home, each space flowing seamlessly into the next while still keeping its own character. The overall direction is modern—clean lines, smart storage, neutral foundations with carefully chosen accents and lighting that adds warmth without clutter. Here’s what I need from you: • A cohesive design concept that ties the three rooms together while acknowledging their different functions. • Scaled floor plans and layout suggestions to improve traffic flow and maximize natural light. • Mood boards and color palettes that show furniture, finishes and décor ideas. • 3D renders (or high-quality visualizations) so I can clearly picture the end result before I commit to purchases. • A detailed specification or shopping list for furnishings, fixtures, paint and materials, including links or product codes wherever possible. Please base every decision on the modern style I’ve noted and keep practicality in mind—durable surfaces for the kitchen, inviting textures for the living room seating area and a calm, restful feel in the bedroom. If there are alternative modern elements you think could work even better, let me know your reasoning. Final files can be shared in PDF or a common design format alongside any native software files you use (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). I’ll review each milestone and give prompt feedback so we can refine the details together and keep the project moving smoothly.
