About the project

I need a visually striking, modern-and-sleek brochure that markets our new shopping mall to both visitors and prospective tenants. You will receive high-quality 3D interior and exterior walkthrough videos plus the full floor plan; these assets should guide the visual story, with the imagery centred primarily on the mall’s interior design. Content to cover • Shopping options: Ground floor will showcase mostly gold jewellery boutiques, a bank, financial exchange, service kiosks and accessory stores. The first floor features a hypermarket, discount fashion outlet, two restaurants and supporting services such as male/female toilets and prayer halls. • Mall amenities: 300+ front-of-house car parks, professional property management, 24-hour cleaning, security and CCTV surveillance. • Security features: Round-the-clock guards, monitored access points and comprehensive camera coverage. Scope of work 1. Conceptualise a dynamic layout consistent with a modern, sleek aesthetic. 2. Select stills from my 3D videos (or request angles you need) and integrate them with concise copy that highlights the points above. 3. Supply two versions: print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed) and an editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator). If you can also export an interactive PDF for email distribution, even better. 4. Include one set of revisions after the first draft; further tweaks can be quoted separately. Acceptance criteria • Clear hierarchy that places interior imagery front and centre. • All three focus areas—shopping options, amenities, security—are visibly covered. • Final files meet print specs and match agreed colour palette and fonts.
