About the project

I’m in the final construction phase of a 7,400 sq ft villa and now need a specialist to shape every inch of the interior. The brief is clear: a streamlined Modern aesthetic carried through neutral tones, anchored by statement chandeliers in key spaces. I’m looking for a cohesive concept that covers space-planning, furniture and décor specification, colour schedules, lighting layouts, and all the finishing details that pull the look together. What I expect from you • A full-house design concept presented through mood boards, colour and materials palettes, and 3D visualisations so we can lock decisions early. • Detailed drawings and specifications for furniture, built-ins and custom pieces, ready for suppliers to quote. • A lighting plan that highlights focal areas with chandeliers, integrates recessed task lighting where necessary, and respects the modern, neutral scheme throughout. • Curated shopping lists (or BOQs) with product links, codes and estimated lead times so procurement is straightforward. • Site-ready working drawings—with dimensions, elevations and installation notes—so my contractor can execute without guesswork. • Final styling guidance once everything lands on site to ensure the hand-over photographs like the renders. Key tools and formats I’m accustomed to reviewing designs in SketchUp or Revit alongside PDF drawing sets; feel free to suggest another platform if it suits the workflow better. Timing & collaboration Construction wraps soon, so I’d like to approve the master concept within three weeks, then refine room by room on a rolling basis. Regular progress calls and quick turnarounds on feedback will keep us on track.
