About the project
I need a reliable CAD partner who can turn my sketches and mark-ups into accurate construction documentation. Every assignment calls for both detailed 2D plans and fully developed 3D models so contractors, fabricators and site supervisors can build with confidence. Here’s how we’ll work together: You will receive a brief, reference drawings and any relevant standards. From there, create clean layer-managed 2D drawings—plans, elevations, sections, schedules—and a coordinated 3D model that mirrors them. Whenever I send comments, update the files promptly and keep revisions clearly documented. Meeting local codes, project standards and our agreed layer conventions is non-negotiable. Deliverables for each task: • Editable CAD files (DWG or native format) • Print-ready PDFs at the correct scale • Matching 3D file (STEP, IFC, RVT or equivalent) I manage projects remotely, so consistent file naming, clear annotations and dependable turnaround—usually one to two weeks per package—are essential. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks or comparable software will help you hit the ground running.
