About the project

I run a growing YouTube channel that explains complex ideas through engaging, full-3D visuals. I already have scripts and voice-overs lined up; what I need now is a talented 3D editor-animator who can translate each lesson into a visually compelling short video. The job covers the complete pipeline—modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, animation, and compositing—so that the final product is a polished 4K file ready for upload. Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D are all fine as long as you can supply the working project files alongside the rendered video. Deliverables for every episode • Final MP4 (3840 × 2160, H.264) suitable for YouTube • All source files and assets (blend/mb/ae, textures, audio stems) • One thumbnail-ready still image at 1280 × 720 Acceptance criteria • Animation matches the timing and tone of the provided voice-over. • Lighting, textures, and motion look clean with no noticeable glitches or clipping. • All scene files open and play correctly on a recent LTS version of the chosen software. To be considered, please send links to at least two educational or explainer pieces you have animated for YouTube, together with your average turnaround time per finished minute. I’ll shortlist candidates this week and commission a paid sample scene before committing to a longer run of videos.
