500 sq ft Modern Office Design

About the project

I have 500 square feet of commercial space that I’m turning into a modern, open-plan office. The heart of the layout must be a well-thought-out collaborative seating area where small teams can gather comfortably without the feel of traditional cubicles. I need both 2D drawings and realistic 3D renders so I can visualise flow, furniture placement, lighting and finishes before I start construction. Please supply: • Scaled 2D floor plan showing walls, furniture, power/data points and clear circulation paths. • High-quality 3D views (at least three angles) that capture materials, lighting and overall ambience of the collaborative zone. • A concise materials/furniture mood board so I can source items locally. If you have ideas for adding a couple of discreet individual desks or a compact relaxation nook without sacrificing openness, feel free to include them—flexibility is welcome as long as the space still reads clean and modern. I’ll provide exact measurements, photos and any landlord constraints once we start.
