About the project

I own a residential property that needs a cohesive, contemporary makeover. The scope covers five distinct areas — the living room, bedroom, kitchen, a dedicated office zone, and a small cafeteria-style dining nook. My vision is firmly modern: clean lines, functional layouts, balanced neutrals with strategic accents, and smart storage solutions that keep every space uncluttered yet welcoming. Here’s how I picture the collaboration unfolding: you’ll translate my ideas into an overall concept, refine it through mood boards and material samples, then move into detailed drawings and 3D visualisations so I can see exactly how each room will feel before any purchasing or construction begins. Once the core look is approved, we’ll finalise furniture and fixture selections, lighting plans, and a purchase list I can hand directly to suppliers. Deliverables • Concept board and colour palette for all five spaces • Scaled floor plans with furniture layout (CAD or similar) • Photorealistic 3D renders for each room • Itemised specification sheet (furnishings, finishes, lighting) • One consolidated revision round after initial presentation Acceptance criteria: renders match agreed palette and layout, all specified items are available to order, and plans are dimensionally accurate for contractors.
