Senior AI Full Stack Engineer Location: Remote, India Employment Type: Freelancer Experience: 5–8+ Years About the Role We are building a next-generation AI-powered HR-Tech platform that will transform recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and online technical assessments. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable SaaS applications using modern technologies and cloud-native architecture. You will work alongside product, AI, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to build secure, high-performance web and mobile solutions used by recruiters, enterprises, staffing firms, and job seekers. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable SaaS applications using modern full-stack technologies. Build responsive web applications and reusable UI components. Develop secure backend APIs and business logic. Design relational database architecture and optimize queries. Integrate AI services and third-party APIs. Develop authentication and authorization systems. Build search and recommendation capabilities. Develop asynchronous background jobs and event-driven workflows. Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and Product Managers. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
