3D ARCHITECTURAL RENDERS + CONSTRUCTION ANIMATION — RESIDENTIAL PROJECT (MELBOURNE) USE THE WORD "PIXART" TO APPLY FOR THE JOB. PROJECT OVERVIEW We're building a house in Melbourne using a modern modular construction system — full-height wall panels and prefabricated bathroom pods, manufactured off-site and craned/lifted into position on-site. We need a 3D artist to produce photorealistic stills plus a short animation showing how the system goes together. Work will be used for marketing, investor decks and client sales material. We supply a 3D CAD/Revit model, site plan, and a full finishes/materials schedule. DELIVERABLES 1. Exterior renders — 2-4 photorealistic stills (front, rear, 2 angles), realistic materials/landscaping/lighting. 2. Interior renders — 2-4 photorealistic stills (living/kitchen/dining, main bathroom showing the pod fit-out, main bedroom, 1 other room). 3. Aerial/bird's-eye view — 1 still showing full roof plan and site layout. 4. Construction animation (60–90 sec) — shows, in order: slab in place → wall panels lifted and fixed into position one by one around the building → roof placed → bathroom pod(s) craned/lowered into the shell → completed building reveal. Realistic lifting/rigging, smooth camera movement around the building (not one locked-off shot), same lighting/materials as the stills. TECHNICAL SPECS - Stills: min 4K (3840x2160), delivered as JPEG + PNG. - Animation: min 1080p (4K preferred), 30fps+, MP4 (H.264/H.265), plus a social-media-optimised version. - Native project/scene files handed over on final payment. - Software: your choice (3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, Cinema 4D, etc.) — tell us what you'll use. WHAT WE PROVIDE 3D CAD/Revit model, site plan, materials/finishes schedule, photos and specs of the wall panel and bathroom pod system, brand references. PROCESS Camera angles/storyboard approved first → draft render/animation for feedback → up to 2 rounds of revisions → final delivery. NDA required before project files are shared (proprietary building system). REQUIREMENTS - Portfolio of photorealistic architectural exterior/interior renders (link examples). - Experience with construction-sequence/process animation strongly preferred — show us examples. - Comfortable working from a supplied CAD model (no full re-modelling needed).
