Modern 3D Landscape for Two Properties

About the project

I need a fresh, modern 3-dimensional landscape concept for two Florida properties and I want the visuals to immediately impress. The main goal is pure aesthetic appeal, but each scene must still feel livable and easy to maintain. Key elements I have already decided on are a small putting green, a low-profile retention wall that blends into the design, and well-thought-out plant groupings that thrive in Florida’s climate. Those three features must take center stage and tie together into one cohesive look. What I expect from you: • A master concept plan for each lot, delivered as high-resolution renders and the native model file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar). • Separate close-ups of the putting green layout, the retention wall detailing, and representative planting beds so I can sign off on materials, textures, and heights. • A brief materials palette with plant names, turf type, and wall finish so I can forward it to my contractor. All core dimensions, grading, and drainage constraints will be provided once we start. I will review the first round of images, leave consolidated feedback, and look for one polished revision before final sign-off. If you’ve handled contemporary outdoor spaces in Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar rendering software and can balance clean lines with inviting greenery, I’d love to see your work.
