Project: Design a lightweight, child‑friendly casing with a simple motorized tilt mechanism. The casing will hold a smartphone and an ESP32 module. Scope: Create a design that includes: A soft, child‑safe outer casing Adjustable phone holder (multiple phone sizes) Motorized forward/back tilt using max two micro servos Internal placement for ESP32, battery, and wiring Lightweight construction (target weight range provided after selection) Requirements: Experience designing small consumer devices or toys Ability to create concept sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models Understanding of servo‑based hinge mechanisms Familiarity with designing for child safety and ergonomic handling Ability to iterate collaboratively Deliverables: Concept sketches Technical drawings with measurements 3D model Rough prototype (materials flexible; component cost covered separately) Budget: USD 300–500 Timeline: Design completion by mid‑September 2026 Additional Info: Full product details and reference sketches will be shared after selection.
