Modern 3D Interior Design Renderings

About the project

I have complete architectural plans ready and now need them brought to life with a fresh, modern interior concept. Your task is to translate every line of the drawings into fully detailed 3D scenes—furniture layout, finishes, lighting, and décor—so the spaces feel sleek, functional, and visually engaging. You’ll work directly from my PDFs/CAD files, propose material and furniture selections that fit a clean-lined contemporary aesthetic, and then build the scene in your preferred software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar). High-quality, photorealistic renders are the key deliverable; I’ll need enough angles to tell the full story of each room as well as the source model for future tweaks. To be sure we’re aligned, we’ll start with one room to approve palette, textures, and lighting direction before rolling the look out across the rest of the plan. Final images should be suitable for both print presentation and web, so 4K resolution or higher is ideal. When you respond, please share a link to at least two modern interiors you’ve rendered, note the software and render engine you prefer (V-Ray, Corona, Cycles, etc.), and confirm your typical turnaround time per room.
