About the project
Hello everyone, Our house construction has reached the stage where the roof, walls, and tile laying are completed. We are now looking for an experienced architectural interior designer (freelancer or ) to design our home. The scope includes: - Bedrooms - Living room - Dining area - Kitchen - Landscape design We are looking for a modern interior concept with subtle traditional elements, including space planning, furniture layout, lighting design, material and colour selection, and landscape planning that complements the overall home design. Deliverables preferred: - Mood boards and colour palettes - Detailed floor plans with furniture and lighting layouts - 3D views/renders or walkthroughs - Material and fixture schedule - Landscape layout - Complete source files (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) for execution by our team. Location: Palakkad, Kerala. We already have a team to execute the work, so we are looking only for the design and detailed drawings, not an interior execution contractor.
