Professional 3D Animation — Intelligent Emergency Traffic Management System We are looking for an experienced 3D technical animator to create a premium 2–3 minute visualization demonstrating the real-world operation of an intelligent emergency vehicle traffic management system. The video will be used in presentations to government and traffic authorities, grant committees, investors, institutional partners, and other stakeholders. Important Creative Direction This is NOT intended to be a detailed technical explainer. The objective is to visually demonstrate what happens when the system operates, from the moment an emergency vehicle approaches the traffic network until it receives coordinated priority through multiple intersections. The internal technology is proprietary and should remain abstracted. The animation should therefore show system components as finished/closed units and visualize the flow of information and actions between them without exposing internal electronics, algorithms, communication protocols, circuitry, software architecture, or implementation details. Story to Visualize The video should show the following operational journey: Urban congestion → Emergency vehicle approaches → System identifies the approaching authorized emergency vehicle → Intersection receives and validates the event → Correct vehicle approach is determined → Preemption is authorized → Traffic infrastructure safely changes the signal → Emergency vehicle crosses the junction → Junction returns to normal operation → Upcoming intersections coordinate → Dynamic green corridor forms along the emergency vehicle's route. System Components The animation will include several high-level components, including: Emergency Vehicle Unit (EVU) Intersection Control Unit (ICU) Roadside sensing/awareness Emergency Response Controller (ERC) Existing traffic signal infrastructure Multi-intersection coordination These components should generally be represented as finished products or abstract system nodes. We will provide the exact operational relationship between these components. Confidentiality / Technical Abstraction The animation must NOT attempt to visualize or explain proprietary implementation details. Do not show or invent: Circuit diagrams PCB architecture Pin connections Source code Internal electronic components Communication packet structures Authentication algorithms Encryption/security implementation AI/ML model architecture Model training methodology Signal-processing pipeline Detection thresholds Decision/fusion algorithms Controller electrical interfacing Internal communication protocols Where required, these should be represented using high-level terminology such as: “Secure Communication” “Emergency Vehicle Detection” “Multi-Modal Verification” “Authorized Preemption” “Traffic Control Interface” “Intersection Coordination” The focus of the animation is the system workflow and resulting traffic behavior, not the underlying implementation. Desired Visual Style Premium smart-city / intelligent transportation visualization combining: Semi-realistic 3D city environment Realistic roads and intersections Emergency vehicle movement Traffic simulation Traffic signal operation Clean data-flow animations Minimal UI overlays Professional technical typography Aerial city visualization Dynamic green-corridor visualization The visual language should feel appropriate for a smart-city infrastructure company presenting to government authorities and institutional investors. We do NOT want cartoon-style characters or a generic 2D explainer-video aesthetic. Technical accuracy and confidentiality are both essential. A detailed shot-by-shot storyboard and reference material will be provided after finalizing the animator.
