About the project

I’m looking for photorealistic 3D visuals that show my planned home’s exterior in a clean, modern style finished in a classic anthracite-and-white palette. Alongside the building itself, I need the surrounding terrain fully designed so the architecture, hardscape, and greenery feel like one coherent concept. What the model must include: • Garden with varied planting beds that soften the geometry of the house • A swimming pool that aligns with the modern aesthetic (simple lines, integrated decking) • An outdoor seating area that connects naturally to the pool and garden You’ll receive my floor plans, elevations, and site photos on day one. From there, please turn them into a complete exterior scene, textured and lit, suitable for both high-resolution stills and a short walkthrough. Any mainstream workflow is fine—3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Blender, Lumion, etc.—as long as the final images look realistic and I get the editable source files. Deliverables • Minimum three 4K still renders: front perspective, rear/pool view, and one aerial or angled shot • 30–60 sec video fly-through (MP4, Full HD) • Native project files with all textures and a simple layer/scene organisation so I can make tweaks later Acceptance criteria 1. Façade materials clearly show the anthracite-white finish. 2. Landscape elements are placed exactly to scale and align with provided site dimensions. 3. Daylight lighting that matches the geographic orientation supplied in the plans. 4. No visible mesh errors or texture stretching when inspected in the native file.
