Real Estate Photo-to-Video Animation and 3d model video

About the project

I supply a folder of at least ten high-resolution photos for each listing and I need you to turn those stills into a single, realistic 3D-style video that clearly showcases the property’s key features. Think gentle parallax, depth-of-field tricks, and carefully layered motion that gives viewers the feeling they are gliding through the rooms—even though we started with photographs. The look I’m after is polished and true-to-life, not cartoonish or overly stylised. Camera moves should feel moderate and steady: slow enough for buyers to absorb details, yet lively enough to hold attention. Please weave in tasteful cross-fades or zooms, on-screen text for room names or highlights, my agency logo, and a royalty-free music bed that complements the space. Smooth transitions and professional colour consistency are essential. After each first cut I’ll send consolidated feedback; revisions are part of the job until the video meets our standard. Final delivery should include: • A 1080p (or higher) MP4 ready for MLS, YouTube, and social media • A version without music or text in case we need localised edits • The editable project file (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or your chosen software) If turning property images into engaging, realistic walk-throughs is already second nature to you, I’d love to see a sample reel built from stills so I can judge depth animation and pacing.
