Apartment 3D Design Visuals

About the project

I already have a complete architectural drawing of the apartment; what I lack is a set of compelling 3-D visuals that let me walk through the space before anything is purchased. The focus is threefold: an IKEA kitchen, the bathroom tiles I’m considering, and the flooring that will run through some rooms of the flat. Please include lighting, cabinetry finishes, worktops, and any other visible materials so the rooms feel complete in the renders. I have not settled on an IKEA model or colour palette yet, so part of this collaboration is your guidance on cabinet series, door fronts, hardware, and matching hues. I also don’t have mood boards or reference images to hand—your eye for style and your ability to propose cohesive options is essential. Here’s what I’m after: • Photo-realistic still renders (day and night lighting) of the kitchen area and the bathroom. • At least one 360° or walkthrough view so I can gauge flow and sightlines. • The freedom to request several rounds of tweaks until the chosen materials feel right. • Source files (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so my contractor can pull dimensions if needed. Your experience with IKEA’s planner or similar kitchen-design software will be a plus, and familiarity with tile/flooring texture mapping is crucial. Let me know which toolchain you prefer (Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.) and your estimated timeline for first drafts and revisions. PS under a time crunch so reactivity is critical!
