About the project
Hello, I am looking for a skilled freelance financial analyst with solid experience in Investment Banking and M&A to help us build high-quality financial models and investor deliverables. Scope of Work: Financial Modeling: Dynamic 3-statement models, DCF valuations, and LBO analyses (advanced Excel, strict color-coding rules: blue for inputs, black for formulas, green for external links). Investor Materials: Crafting and formatting professional Pitch Books, Teasers, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) in PowerPoint. Transaction Support: Historical financial analysis, comparable company analysis (comps), and key valuation metrics (EBITDA multiples, IRR). Requirements: Proven background in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory (CFA, CA, or top-tier finance degree preferred). Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with an eye for absolute design and structural precision. Ability to work under tight deadlines with strict confidentiality (NDA will be required).
