Quick Revamp of AutoCAD Townhouse Plans

About the project

**Title: Urgent AutoCAD Expert Needed Now – Townhouse Site Layout and Swept-Path Review** We need an experienced AutoCAD professional who is available to start immediately and work with us on an hourly basis. The project is an existing AutoCAD layout for a development of approximately 20 townhouses. We only require relatively minor changes to the current design, but we would like to discuss the required amendments live through a video call and screen sharing. **Scope of work:** * Review our existing DWG site plan * Join a video call immediately or as soon as possible * Make minor changes to the townhouse development layout * Adjust accessways, parking areas, bin locations and other site-plan elements as directed * Maintain the existing drawing scale, layers, dimensions and file structure * Return the updated editable DWG file and PDF plans It would be highly beneficial if you have access to vehicle swept-path or turning-circle software, such as: * Autodesk Vehicle Tracking * AutoTURN * Civil 3D vehicle-tracking tools * Similar swept-path analysis software We may need to check vehicle access and turning movements for cars and potentially a waste-collection truck. Please clearly state whether you can undertake swept-path analysis and which software you use. **Requirements:** * Strong AutoCAD experience * Good spoken and written English * Available to begin immediately * Comfortable working collaboratively through a live video call and screen sharing * Experience with townhouse developments, residential subdivisions, civil site plans or architectural site layouts * Able to work efficiently and accurately on an hourly basis When applying, please provide: 1.
