About the project

I am looking for an experienced architect to design the exterior elevation of our under-construction G+2 house. The structural work is nearly complete, and the focus is on developing a modern, elegant, and premium-looking facade suitable for both personal residence and Airbnb/commercial use. Need clean, professional exterior elevations for both the front and the two visible sides. The overall aesthetic I’m after is modern—simple lines, balanced masses, generous glazing. A PowerPoint containing the existing construction photographs, floor layout, reference images, and design requirements is shared along this Project description. Scope of Work: Develop 3 distinct exterior elevation concepts. Design the front and left-side elevations. Incorporate glass balcony railings. Explore two staircase-side wall options: Decorative hollow/jaali wall Full solid feature wall Recommend exterior materials, textures, and paint colour schemes. Integrate modern architectural lighting into the façade. Ensure the design is practical, economical, and construction-friendly.
