**Interior 3D Designer Needed – Apartment Interior Visualization (Wall-by-Wall Concept Development)** I'm working on the interior design of a new 3bhk apartment (RCC shear-wall construction — no structural changes possible, all furniture must be freestanding) and need a skilled 3D designer to help visualize and refine my design ideas before execution. **What I need:** - I already have room-by-room concepts in progress (e.g., a loft-style bed/reading nook, a mandir/prayer wall with arched niches) with dimensions and reference images ready to share. - For each wall/room, I want to explore **multiple design options in 3D** so we can compare looks, finishes, and proportions before locking anything in. - A collaborative, iterative process — I'll share references and rough dimensions, you bring creative options, we refine together. **Scope of work:** - 3D visualization of each room/wall based on my briefs and references - Multiple design iterations per wall for us to evaluate together - Final **2D carpenter/builder-ready drawings** with dimensions once a design is locked **Not in scope:** - Actual execution/fabrication — that will be handled separately by my carpenter/contractor. **Ideal freelancer:** - creative - Strong 3D visualization skills (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) with a good eye for finishes and detailing - Comfortable working from rough ideas/references rather than a finished brief - Able to produce clean, dimensioned 2D drawings for execution Please share your portfolio, especially any residential interior or custom carpentry visualization work.
