High-Detail Modern House in Blender

About the project

I need a skilled Blender animator to build a fully realised modern house, inside and out, at a very high level of realism. The brief covers a clean, contemporary exterior elevation and a carefully crafted interior where the living room, kitchen and bedroom receive special attention in both layout and texturing. Model everything in Blender from the ground up—architecture, furnishings, lighting and materials—so the final result feels ready for a photoreal render. Once complete, I’ll require: • the native .blend file with all assets properly organised and labelled • high-resolution still renders that showcase daylight and nighttime moods • a 360 degree panaromic images of each interior space with exterior elevationvideo (16k resolution) to illustrate the space Please bake lighting, pack textures, and keep modifiers non-destructive where possible so I can make tweaks later. Timing and clear communication throughout the process are important to me; let me know your estimated turnaround and any past work that proves you can deliver this level of polish.
