Textile CAD Designer Freelance CAD Designer – Bedding & Home Textiles Volga Linen is seeking a talented freelance CAD designer to support the creation of high-quality bedding mock-ups for our upcoming collections. We're seeking a detail oriented designer with excellent technical drawing skills and a strong understanding of product development. The ideal candidate will be confident producing factory facing technical packs that clearly communicate construction details, measurements, and design placement, alongside polished three dimensional product visuals in the intended colourways for use with wholesale clients. Project Overview We're looking for someone with experience in textile or homeware CAD design to create clean, realistic digital mock-ups of our bedding products, using our fabric designs and specifications. Responsibilities - Create technical CADs for factory use, including measurements, stitch details, and button/side finishes for: - Pillowcases - Duvet covers - Flat and fitted sheets - Cushions - Create 3D salesman's CADs in colourways for wholesale presentation - Apply fabric prints and colourways accurately to product templates - Produce presentation-ready visuals for internal design reviews and product development Requirements - Proven experience creating CADs for bedding, home textiles, or soft furnishings - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant CAD software - Strong attention to detail, with a good understanding of bedding construction and proportions - Ability to work from design briefs, fabric artwork, and technical specifications - Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines Project Details - Freelance, with potential for ongoing work on future collections - Flexible hours - Remote
