About the project

I have a pending internal assessment for my architecture course that focuses on a residential building design, and I need it completed to submission standard. All university rubrics demand a coherent concept narrative supported by correctly scaled drawings, clear annotations, and presentation material that communicates spatial quality and technical viability. Here is what I already have: a rough concept brief, site photographs, and basic zoning information. What I still need is the full package—plans, sections, elevations, and visually engaging material such as a 3D massing model or renders—laid out into an A2 board format ready for printing and a separate PDF for digital upload. I am open to whichever workflow you prefer: AutoCAD or Revit for 2D drawings, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar for quick volumes, and Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray if you choose to produce photorealistic shots. The key is that the output must align with typical academic grading criteria: consistent graphic language, line-weight hierarchy, north arrows, scale bars, and concise text blocks explaining design intent. Timeline is tight—one week from acceptance—so clear milestones for concept refinement, draft drawings, and final presentation will help us both stay on track. If you have experience turning student concepts into polished academic submissions, I’d love to see a portfolio sample before we start.
